Retired and nothing to do… Hardly! After raising two boys in this beautiful Blue Ridge home, the owners decided to completely re-do the entire house. Every room was taken down to studs, and we installed new smart HVAC, some electrical, and all new insulation and windows per the Washington energy code. It was such a fun and smooth job because after living there 22-plus years they knew exactly what they wanted to do! The homeowner was her own designer with a little help. This home turned out exquisite.
