We knew we would be back one day…. 14 years after we built our client’s spectacular home on Lake Washington, the homeowner’s vacant lot across the private lane was calling our name. We originally planned to build a garage there when we laid the utilities 14 years ago, but decided to let it wait as the client had a family to raise. Unfortunately for us, Mother Nature decided that she needed us to build an 18’ high new concrete retaining wall to stabilize the hill…. So the owners decided that it was finally time to build the garage and add a beautiful ADU above it.
