Case Study
This spectacular winter wonderland doubles as a wonderful golf and hiking resort in the spring, summer, and fall in the Central Cascades. The owners, both successful professionals, challenged themselves to make sure they had a getaway for them, their two sons, and their numerous family and friends. Although we saw this wonderful couple often in person, we designed and built this home via the Internet. They reside in the Tri-Cities, we build out of Seattle, and the home was in Tumble Creek, Cle Elum. The wonders of modern technology! It went fast and painlessly due to having great decision-makers all around. We finished just prior to Thanksgiving and the first snow storm of the year.
