This was a restoration project on the Windermere building on Market Street in Kirkland. A former bank, this classic brick building even still has the intact full-size safe in the basement! Our team waterproofed the finished portion of the basement and brought it up to code. We also installed new carpeting and completely updated the HVAC system.
