One of our past clients wanted to add an addition onto their beautiful Chelan vacation home to house guests (and maybe more importantly, their boat). We also built a large covered deck on the main house to give them a spot to relax in the shade when the weather is a little too nice. We tied it all together with a breezeway between the two structures.
